Sailor Halloween 2004

I had planned to do a Halloween pic of Sarah from Hocus Pocus, but I got a great idea of Sailor Moon and drew this up instead. I love Halloween; it's possibly my favourite time of the year. Christmas in Louisiana would beat it out if we could get snow. LOL
